Remember when Sufjan Stevens was going to make an album for each of our 50 states? I wish he’d at least make one for Iowa, then I’d have a boxed set of “States in which I’ve Lived”* It could be called I-Owe-Ya (an Album) Just throwing that out there, Sufjan. *I’ve also lived in VA and CA, but those don’t really feel like they count… maybe because I never felt like I’d stay there forever. I’m a midwestern hipster in my heart.
